The products rely on German Kebelong and American Cincinnati granulation and extrusion machinery technology,select global high-quality PVC resins,plasticizers and additives,combine advanced AI batching system and unmanned extrusion production process,and are fully controlled by a professional team with 30 years of production management experience to ensure stable and reliable quality. The second one is medical polyvinyl chloride plastic hoses,with an annual production of 30 million negative pressure drainage tubes,widely used in self-blood recovery during surgery and postoperative fluid discharge,in accordance with GB10010-2009 standards,they are produced in a 100,000-level clean workshop through 8 automatic extrusion cutting collection production lines,equipped with epoxy ethane sterilization and disinfection devices that meet ISO11135:2014 and ISO11138-7 requirements,achieving sterile product output.
